Outsourcing

All data is accessed under GDPR guidelines. We prepare reports
but do not amend the data (Medical records). All resources work in a
closed office with a manager to ensure attendance. Resources do not
have access to any device that can take photographs and we limit
access to the website they can go to.
All our offices are air-conditioned and in a legal commercial area.
These come equipped with laptops, internet, hot beverages & mineral
drinking water for all, a camera, a pantry area with daily cleaning. One
manager dedicated to your account will be available everyday.
You may pay salaries directly and we share the cost of seat rent,
laptop and all 3 rd party costs upfront and add a nominal management
fee.
For a team of 4 or more we can have either a dedicated office or a
separate area cordoned off which is not accessible to others.
From IT to accounting to digital marketing, we can hire people with
skill sets that you need based on the budget that you give us.
The larger the office, the lower is the per person rate that you pay.

Our manager is your direct point of contact responsible for smooth operation including hiring, training, Infrastructure availability and attendance.
Dental Lab
Our lab was set up in 1995 and we currently employ about 90 technicians. The lab has ISO-13485, CDSO and the globally recognised FDA certification.
On most cases we take 2 working days to manufacture and 5 days to deliver.
Each client is assigned a client servicing person and you will be in touch directly with the lab too via phone, email and video calls.
We don’t take impressions anymore and scans can be emailed directly to the lab. We also send digital waxups.
We give you a 30 days credit to transfer money through any legal banking channel.
You do not have to pay for any product that you don’t use and return to our store in Belfast.
We allow sampling of up to £400 and if you choose not to continue, just return the product to our store in Belfast.
